An injury that changed the work

A dance injury sent her looking for a better way to train. One GYROTONIC® session convinced her, and she certified in both GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®.

“I know first-hand what it takes to train at an elite level, and what it takes to heal.”

A place to slow down

Arpi teaches at her studio, Movement Dynamic, in Corona del Mar. ZenArt26 takes that work to the desert for a few days.
